Development

In the development department of TCG UNITECH we fully focus on the development of special pump geometries based on individual customer specifications:

• Oil pumps: Conveying assembly layout (G rotor, gear pumps, vane pumps, …)
• Coolant pumps: Impellers in 2D and 3D, spiral geometry, optimal flow cross-sections

For these highly demanding tasks, our developers have state-of-the-art CAD systems, FE-calculations and simulations as well as the CFD analysis at their disposal. In the next process step we produce the corresponding samples and prototypes in our in-house prototype shop to test and analyse them in the test bay equipped with top-notch devices. Due to the in-house development of test stations and software TCG UNITECH guarantees the highest flexibility in meeting any customer requirements.
