Your apprenticeship consists of several parts. That way, you will receive a comprehensive technical training on the one hand and you will be able to further develop yourself personally on the other hand. Because this is also very important to us.
Top-notch technical education
Imagine the apprenticeship at TCG UNITECH as a time full of variations. You will craft workpieces in our training workshop, learn the techniques of metalwork (e.g. CNC lathing, drilling, …) and simultaneously receive theoretical input. Furthermore, you will spend some time in the vocational collage each year of the apprenticeship.
“Training on the Job”
During your entire apprenticeship you will get to know some of our speciality departments and gather a lot of experience there.
Development of your personality
As we already said earlier: Alongside the profound technical training we will also support you on your further personal development. For this purpose, we will offer you a workshop and an excursion each year of apprenticeship.
1st year of apprenticeship:
“Addiction prevention”, “Occupational safety” and a
“Traffic safety workshop with trial riding”
2nd year of apprenticeship:
two-day workshop on the topic
“Team development and personality”
3rd year of apprenticeship:
“Conflict management and communication”
4th year of apprenticeship:
“Self-confident and well organised through the working life” as well as individual coaching and workshops depending on abilities and career planning
Why an apprenticeship with us makes more sense to you?
Moreover, we organise an apprentice excursion on a yearly basis. Do you like, for instance, tobogganing or go-karting?
An apprenticeship at TCG UNITECH is really exciting. Not only because you learn a lot of interesting stuff, but also because we participate in the annual apprentice competition of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
The competition offers you the perfect opportunity to challenge apprentices of other companies. At the same time, this is a fantastic opportunity to prepare yourself for the final exams. As our apprentices are always in the top group in the industry sector, the stakes are high:
2015: Florian Hoffmann reaches 3rd place at the apprenticeship competition.
2013: Mehmet Arica reaches 2nd place.
2012: With a fantastic result Daniela Rohrauer reached 3rd place in the toolmaking category.
But also in the National Championship one of our apprentices achieved high results in the category mould construction. Martin Steinmassl reached an excellent 3rd place.
